Below you can read our most Frequently Asked Questions including the answers to them. Should your question not be amongst them then please contact us. We will answer your questions as soon as possible.

  • Question: Do you still have availability in the holiday season? Answer: Our reservation system on this website is always up to date. So the most accurate answer to your question can be found right there.
  • Question: What is the check in time of my accommodation? Answer: Check in is possible from 16:00. Should you arrive after 20:00 then please get in touch with us. About a week before your arrival we will always send you an e-mail with lots of handy information about your holiday and check in.
  • Question: What time is check out and is it possible to stay on the property after check-out? Answer: Your accommodation needs to be empty at 10:00 (check out) to allow our staff to prepare it for other arriving guests. For a small fee it is possible though to stay on the Quinta Laranja property until 17:00 and use all facilities including a bathroom with shower.
  • Question: Are towels and bedding included? Answer: Towels, kitchen linen and bedding are included and on request a free fresh pair will be provided after every week that you stay. There will be a small charge for any extra requested towels and bed linen. Beach towels can be rented for €6,00 per towel per stay.
  • Question: Could you let us know if the total payment came through? Answer: While booking you received a login code that allows you to view your reservation, as well as the status of your payment. Usually it will take 7 workdays before the payment is processed in the payment system.
  • Question: Can we reserve a baby cot? Answer: At Quinta Laranja you can reserve a baby/toddler package. This consists of a cot including mattress, a bath, a high chair, a changing pillow, a potty, a playing mat and toys. The price for this can be found at our price list.
