General terms and conditions of Holiday Park Quinta Laranja
Quinta Laranja is part of Van Elswijk, Lda. The following terms and conditions cover bookings at Holiday Park Quinta Laranja, as well as your stay locally. Holiday Park Quinta Laranja is in possession of the required permits for holiday rental accomodations “Alojamento Local” (soon to become `Turismo Rural´) and complies with all requirements for fire safety.
Checking in – and out at our Collection of Cottages
On the day of arrival, you can check in from 16:00. On the day of departure, check out is no later than 10:00. We kindly request you to stick to these times, as cleaning, maintenance and preperations may not be ready if you´re early (check in) and enough time is needed to clean and prepare your accommodation for other arriving guests (check out).
Final cleaning at our resort
In the end of each stay we ask for the accommodation to be handed down in a “broom clean” state.
This also entails all dishwashing, emptying garbage bins and repositioning furniture back on their original place. A final cleaning will be taken care of by our staff. For the final cleaning a standard fee apllies which does not relate to the length of your stay. The costs of the final cleaning are not included in the price but can be found at the price list separately.
Reservations and payments to our Quinta
A reservation is confirmed once we´ve received a booking trough our online reservation system, via e-mail or on request by telephone. A payment of 50% of the total amount should be received on our account within 5 working days. The remainder should be received by us within four weeks before arrival. Should the moment of booking take place within four weeks before your arrival date, then the full amount should be paid upfront.
